Book Review – Atomic Habits


Atomic Habits by James clear is one of those books that provide a clear execution framework to a vague but useful theory. The best way to start the book is to first note down a set of new good habits that you want to form and a set of bad habits that you want to break and then take the notes to formulate a strategy for each habit to benefit from different tools for practical execution available throughout the book.
